SUBJECT: Apartment investment in Warszawa Wola.
CAMPAIGN CONCEPT: To promote an attractive set of housing estates in
a district located close to the centre of Warsaw. The campaign is addressed to youthful, energetic people, primarily first time buyers.
The concept of the campaign emphasized the quality of life which the investment offered; calmer than downtown, closer to nature and comfortable. Great emphasis was put on the intriguing design of the building and the characteristic element of a tree growing on the level of seventh floor.
REALIZATION:
- identification elements: logotype with marketing manual and the slogan of the investment "A place of personality";
- 3D visualization;
- polygraphic materials: leaflets, a catalogue of flats, files;
- local press campaign;
- outdoor Warsaw campaign including: billboards, large format mesh posters, advertisements on buses and trams;
- website.
